Thanksgiving 2011 we held “Green Friday” at all our Zipline Canopy Tours. Instead of shopping the day after Thanksgiving, individuals came to enjoy the outdoors with us in the canopy and we donated over $6000 to replanting trees in the community and region. Here is the list of organizations Wildwater and Adventure America Zipline Canopy Tours supported:

Asheville Greenworks- "Asheville GreenWorks, an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful, is a volunteer-based organization working to achieve a clean and green Asheville and Buncombe County through community organizing, educating and environmental stewardship. Since 1974, The Asheville GreenWorks, formerly Quality Forward, has worked for a "clean & green" community through the efforts of our Volunteers".
TreesGreenville- " TreesGreenville is a membership based non-profit founded in 2005. Our mission is to to plant, promote, and protect trees in Greenville County".
The Watershed Association of the Tuckasegee River (WATR), a group dedicated to the protection and enhancement of the health and quality of the Tuckasegee River and its watershed.
