The Risk and Responsibilities of Rafting & Canopy Tours
While Wildwater Ltd., Nantahala Gorge Canopy Tours, & the managing agencies set a minimum age and/or weight for trips, you must also evaluate your own fitness level. Participating in outdoor activities involves inherent risks, and can be physically demanding. If you are seriously overweight or have special medical conditions, you should consult your physician before participating. You cannot go if you are pregnant. All Guests go at their own risk and are required to sign a waiver of liability. Alcohol and illegal drugs are not allowed on or immediately prior to trips. We will remove from the trip anyone under the influence of these substances, and no refund will be made.

Wildwater Ocoee is on US 64, 3 miles west of Ducktown, Tennessee, and 7 miles west of the North Carolina / Tennessee state line. Ocoee River Basin Canopy Tours is located 1/2 mile west of Ducktown, TN.

From Murphy, NC: Follow US 64 West for 18 miles to the NC/TN state line. Ocoee River Basin Canopy Tours is located on Hwy. 64 1/2 mile west of Ducktown on the left. Wildwater Ocoee is 2.5 miles further on the left.

From Blue Ridge, GA: Take Hwy. 5 North to Copperhill, TN. Turn left on State Rt. 68 North to junction with US 64 in Ducktown, TN. Ocoee River Basin Canopy Tours is located on Hwy. 64 1/2 mile west of Ducktown on the left. Wildwater Ocoee is 2.5 miles further on the left.

From Chattanooga, TN: Take I-75 North to Exit 20 in Cleveland, TN. In Cleveland take US 64 East bypass to the Ocoee River. The Wildwater Ocoee River Basin Center at the Ocoee is on US 64, 5 miles east of the Ocoee River put-in area. Ocoee River Basin Canopy Tours is located 2.5 miles east of Wildwater Ocoee on the right.

From Atlanta, GA: Take I-75 North to I-575 North. Follow I-575 to Hwy. 515 North in Blue Ridge. Then take Hwy. 5 North to Copperhill, TN. Turn left on State Rt. 68 North to junction with US 64 in Ducktown, TN. Ocoee River Basin Canopy Tours is located on Hwy. 64 1/2 mile west of Ducktown on the left. Wildwater Ocoee is 2.5 miles further on the left.
